Insert hook in stitch were you want to attach tassel. Pull up a loop of fringe. May be one strand or multiple strands. (Fig. One)
Leaving loop on hook, use hook to draw strand(s) through the loop. (Fig. Two)
Pull ends to tighten. (Fig. Three)
